Room nice and clean. Security on site! 4 stars though... The back entrance smelled like mildew and dog..The ice tasted nasty. So when I woke up and looked into the cup it's brown water from the ice melting.. so I took away a star because the ice machine needs to be thrown out!! Asap.. don't clean it don't attempt to fix whatever just get a whole new one. Please!!
Great stay excellent price. This is not a 4 or 5 star hotel and doesn't claim to be. I wasn't sure what to expect when I pulled up but I was relieved how great the rooms are. Of course the premium rooms are top notch with refrigerator and microwave and a nice snack box. To some its well worth extra money to other they might not need those things since there is a microwave for use by all downstairs next to office and snack machines as well as restaurants in walking distance. I love a in room fridge for cold sodas but I'm good with 2 ice machines available and a cooler or throwing my cans in a bag with ice. For being pet friendly the rooms I have stayed in showed no sign of animals. Would definitely stay again especially for the price you won't find something similar in that range.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars I was honestly surprised after reading some of the reviews, but my experience has been great. My room was clean, quiet, and everything worked perfectly. The heater works well, which matters a lot this time of year. I also got a really nice fridge and microwave, which made my stay much more comfortable. For the price, this place is a solid deal. It’s affordable, convenient, and I’ve had zero issues. Sometimes reviews don’t reflect everyone’s experience — but mine has been smooth and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.
If I can give this location a 0 I would ! The rooms smell like horrible cigarettes bed were stained. The worker are lazy.
The Red Roof Inn is outstanding! The people, the staff, and the PRICE is right! Average daily price depending on where you book is somewhere between $55 and $60 a night. The rooms are clean and while maintained and they all look the same in the dark ... it's a very pet friendly hotel... What can I say I've stayed in about a half dozen different hotels while I try to find a new place to live and the Red Roof Inn did me right! Thank you.
Our car broke down late at night on the way home from a vacation and all the other hotels we called either were booked or couldn’t accommodate a pet. I called Red Roof and they were amazing from the beginning. Everything went smoothly and I am very pleased.
Blood was in the Shower. So I couldn't take a shower. So im leaving early to drive home to Pittsburgh.Other than that the room was ok. When I went downstairs to talk to management. They advise me its the cleaning materials that can leave a residue that looks like blood. They use 66 heavy duty .so im changing rating. Due to this discovery.
I love.. the staff, everyone is polite, courteous, housekeeping is wonderful, but of course it takes everyone to do their part.. as this is an extended stay with Full refrigerator Microwave ect... more reasonable in Price then most places that don't even carry a full refrigerator.
